This Cancellation Policy describes Our policies and procedures for the appropriate means for cancelling any software or membership subscription.

How To Cancel

In the event that you would like to cancel your software or membership subscription, you must email help[at] and inform us of your intent to cancel ideally 7 days before the next scheduled payment in your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

If cancelling during a free trial period, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the ending date of your free trial.

If you experience any issues canceling your subscription, please notify us at help[at] with “cancellation request” in the subject line.
